Johnny Bunko Meets Johnny Appleseed

As Dan Pink reminded us, one of Johnny Bunko’s "excellent mistakes" involved the development of an athletic shoe with seeds emedded in the sole. The seeds would be deposited on the ground as the wearer walked about, and eventually sprout all manner of greenness. Guy Kawasaki now points us to an invention that uses your bicycle to leave seeds and bubbles behind. Is there a connection?
