What if Starbucks Marketed Like the Church

Here’s an insightful take on the way churches do church, from the perspective of the “outsiders.”  Nicely done.

I thought that was great and quite funny. Sad but very true yet funny.

  2. Indeed–sad but true. And funny.

  3. Ouch. I laughed – but only to keep from crying . . .

  4. My old preacher sent me this video, I laughed and thought about how most of the churches I have been too don’t even do that. They do nothing with their visitors but let them fade away. That is probably the one thing I have appreciated the most about Jefferson Street here in Lincoln. They may not be perfect at guest relations, but they certainly go out of their way to make sure the visitors do no feel uncomfortable because they are visitors. If, however, the Gospel does that to them, well, that is a different story altogether.
