My thoughts: Companies like this will go out of business.

If they can&#039;t 1) handle basic customer service requests and 2) treat their customers with respect they don&#039;t deserve to survive. 

In a word-of-mouth world, you can not treat consumers poorly (or like thieves) and not have consequences.  Our job is to earn the respect and recommendation of our customers. It starts with respect.

I wish you would share the name of the company so we can all avoid them.

I would have been interested to know the company with which  you were dealing.  It&#039;s valuable to have information like this because it could change your decision between two potential pieces of software.</description>
